a note on privacy.

latebloom is run by jay. we keep this short, because we collect very little.

what we collect

this website keeps a light footprint: no accounts, and nothing about you is stored on our own servers. it does have two simple forms — one to request the free guide, one to book a first chat — and both work by opening a pre-filled email in your own mail app, so what you send arrives as an ordinary message and isn’t saved here. the only personal information we receive is what you choose to send — your name, email address and whatever you write — when you email us or arrange a session. (for the visit counting we use, see “cookies & analytics” below.)

how we use it

only to reply to you and to arrange and carry out the work you’ve asked about. we don’t sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

ai & your content

making things with ai means some of what you share — a brief, a document, a photo to restore or work from — is processed through trusted third-party ai tools to do the work. we only send what the job genuinely needs, we choose tools with sensible privacy terms, and where the option exists we opt out of having your material used to train their models. we don’t post your private photos or documents to public galleries, and we delete working files once a job is finished and you’re happy with it. if you’d rather a particular file stayed off ai tools altogether, just say so and we’ll work around it.

cookies & analytics

the site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (plausible) that counts visits without collecting personal information or following you across other sites. our typefaces are self-hosted, so no font requests leave this domain. the site is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs.

how long we keep it

we hold your messages for as long as we’re corresponding or working together, and we’ll delete them on request.

your choices

you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you — just write to hello@latebloom.site. we handle personal information in keeping with the Australian Privacy Principles.
